Description
If a person, due to illness, disability, or other circumstances, needs help to safeguard their economic and personal interests in society, this can be managed by a representative.
The Supervisory Authority is a mandatory function within the municipality tasked with overseeing representatives, namely guardians, administrators, and custodians.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include independently working with supervision and decision-making in cases concerning guardianship, administration, and custody, as well as other matters handled by the Supervisory Authority. You will work on case management, opinions and decision-making, reviewing and compensating reports, informing and educating within the area of operations, and finding new representatives. As a case officer, you will also represent the Supervisory Board in court negotiations. Your tasks will involve contacts with individuals, representatives, relatives, and various authorities via phone, mail, and email.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a university degree in areas such as economics, social sciences, law, or another relevant field, or several years of work experience in case management that the employer deems equivalent.
Experience in case management within public administration is an advantage.
As a person, you are flexible, service-oriented, humble, have a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You can adapt your communication style to the target audience and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You have a structured approach to work and are resilient under stress.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
