To drive our business forward, we are now looking for a Direct Sales Professional E-Com for the Packaging Service business area, based in Gothenburg/Västra Frölunda.

As a Direct Sales Professional E-Com at DS Smith, you will help us develop the function, with a primary focus on existing customer accounts and potential customers, where you drive offensive sales initiatives and quick time-to-market to meet customers' needs for standard solutions where rapid action is required. You offer the market an effective value proposition backed by a strong range of standard products and work closely with Customer Service E-Com and Account Managers to ensure fast internal processes.

Your main responsibilities include sales where you are responsible for the customer portfolio within Direct Sales, encompassing existing customers as well as qualified prospects/leads. You help us retain and develop these customers through a proactive offering of standard solutions and drive growth through new customer acquisition, primarily via outbound activities such as campaigns. You follow up on prospects who place orders, ask questions, or inquiries via the webshop, while supporting and achieving budget, KPI goals, and activities for Direct Sales such as outbound calls, MoVC/TG, and volume as well as customer satisfaction and retention with a strong focus on growth among existing customers and acquisition of new accounts.

The role reports to the Sales Manager E-Com.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent compensating experience

• At least 3 years of sales experience

As a person, you are relationship-building, solution-oriented, and results-driven. You can navigate in a changing environment and are not stressed by having to prioritize or find new approaches. With a positive and results-oriented personality, you want to contribute to us becoming even better at achieving our goals!

The position requires excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
