Check-in Agents – Summer Season 2026

We are looking for dedicated Check-in Agents who want to be part of our team at Landvetter Airport. With us, you represent Menzies Aviation and our airline customers – you are our face to the public and ensure that travelers have a safe and smooth start to their journey.

About the role

As a Check-in Agent, you are a key person in the passenger's journey. You:

• Welcome and assist travelers at check-in, bag drop, boarding, and arrivals.
• Ensure that the correct information is provided and that timelines are followed.
• Work according to safety regulations and airline-specific procedures.
• Contribute to a superb service experience in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for someone who

• Has high school qualifications.
• Speaks Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Is flexible, stress-resistant, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Can work independently and in a team.
• Has a driver's license and access to a car (requirement due to shift times).
• Can provide employment history for the last 5 years (government requirement).
• Is available for shift work (day, evening, weekend) and the entire summer.

Training and start dates

• Course start: 2026-02-02 or 2026-03-02
• You must be able to attend all training days in person.

Employment

• After training and shadowing, a temporary position of 75% will be offered during the period:
• 2026-05-01 – 2026-09-30 or
• 2026-06-01 – 2026-08-31
• Very good chances for extension!
