About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for selling solar panels, battery solutions, and other energy-smart solutions to corporate customers. You will plan your days according to customer needs and own the entire sales process from the first contact to the completed proposal. The role involves both proactive work to create new leads and processing incoming inquiries. You will be the customer's most important contact person, building long-term relationships and ensuring that customers receive solutions that are sustainable, cost-effective, and provide clear business benefits.

You will visit customers on-site, listen to their needs, and present tailored solutions with clear ROI and cost calculations. You will drive the bidding process from inquiry to completed proposal and work closely with project managers to ensure a smooth process up to installation. Customers can range from private and municipal property companies to commercial actors of various sizes.

We expect you to have:

  • Several years of sales experience in the solar panel industry

  • Experience in driving bidding processes and analyzing customer needs

  • Experience in managing the entire sales process from customer visits and presentations to completed quotes

  • Ability to demonstrate value and ROI and handle customer objections professionally

  • Good computer skills, experience with CRM systems and Excel

  • Budget responsibility in previous roles
