About the role of Senior Account Manager – Operations & Services
In the role of Senior Account Manager, you will have overall responsibility for driving and developing customer relationships within operations and support solutions. You will work with both existing and new customers, focusing on understanding the customer's business in depth to create value through Coromatic's comprehensive solutions.
Unlike traditional service sales, this is about long-term partnerships and businesses that often span several years. You will have many points of contact – from technical specialists to decision-makers at the management level – and work closely with colleagues in service, operations, and technical support to ensure top-class deliveries.
The role involves a significant degree of freedom and responsibility where you are expected to drive your own business, build trust, and contribute to Coromatic's continued growth. You will report to the sales manager for the operations and support business and collaborate with colleagues across the country.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and manage customer relationships at a strategic level within both the private and public sectors.
- Drive tender work and procurements within operations and service agreements.
- Conduct needs analyses and create tailored solutions based on customer requirements and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality, follow-up, and profitability in ongoing business.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer relationships over time.
About you
We believe you are a relationship-building and business-driven person who enjoys engaging with both technical experts and high-level decision-makers. You are accustomed to driving business long-term and have the ability to understand both the business and the customer's perspective. You have experience in solution sales and new customer acquisition with documented good results in B2B. Analyzing the customer's current situation, reading reports, and preparing for meetings is a natural part of professional sales work for you.
You likely have a background in operations, service, outsourcing, or technical project sales and want to take the next step towards a more business-strategic responsibility – where you can combine your technical interest with commercial development.
As a person, you are persistent, analytical, and structured, and you thrive in both short and long sales cycles where the relationship is key to success. You are ambitious, solution-oriented, and a natural team player who inspires others and brings people along with you.
Important for the position
- Experience in B2B sales or account management - preferably within operations, outsourcing, or technical service.
- Understanding of business agreements, procurements, and financial calculations.
- Ability to establish and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Driver's license (B).
It is a merit if you have:
- Experience from mission-critical operations (hospitals, industry, data centers, public sector).
- Experience with procurements according to AB04, ABT06, or similar contract regulations.
- Technical interest or background in electricity, energy, or IT infrastructure.
