About the Position and Assignment

In the role of Account Manager, you will contribute to Mastervolt Sweden's expansion and drive the development of energy storage and fast charging infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to work in an industry with enormous future prospects and with customers across the country.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and has a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships. You have a strong desire to engage with innovative technology that is at the forefront of the industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within battery storage, energy systems, and fast charging for commercial traffic and industry.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships and act as the customer's primary point of contact and partner.
  • Prospect and engage new customers, as well as nurture existing relationships.
  • Responsible for driving the entire sales process to closure, with revenue and profit responsibility.
  • Work closely with our in-house functions to ensure high customer satisfaction, service, and after-sales support.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a background in the electrical industry and a basic knowledge of electricity. You may have worked as an electrician, project manager, electrical designer, or in similar roles, and are now ready to take the next step and apply your valuable skills in a more sales-oriented role.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the electrical industry and a good understanding of how electrical systems are structured (preferably with a focus on electrical design or distribution).
  • Basic electrical knowledge and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Driver's license and willing to travel for work across the country.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
