We are hiring new agents for Energiakuten!

We are expanding our production for Energiakuten and are looking for 3 new agents who want to work in a developing and inclusive environment with sales and service, offering good salary prospects.

We provide you with the opportunity to work remotely, but you can of course also work from the office if you prefer. We have just moved into newly renovated premises in Krokslätts Fabriker, Mölndal.

About the position:

The position involves selling Energiakuten's energy management service via phone to carefully selected customers who have shown interest in a survey. Therefore, we primarily work with warm leads.

We always value high quality in our conversations, and our goal is for our agents to continuously develop. We would like you to have previous sales experience, but this is not a requirement; we place great importance on your personality, willingness, and drive.

As a salesperson, you will work office hours, Monday to Friday. We primarily hire for full-time positions, but there is also the possibility of part-time employment.

Salary:

The salary is primarily commission-based, but we also offer a guaranteed minimum salary for correctly performed work. Our current employees working with the same product have an average salary of around 35,000 SEK/month. It can vary somewhat, but that is approximately where the salary stands when targets are met, and of course, we also have some employees who consistently earn above that. There are therefore good opportunities to earn a good salary even if targets are not always achieved. We work in a shared office and remotely.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is responsible and has a positive attitude towards sales. We want you to be goal-oriented and performance-driven but also able to handle setbacks. You are not afraid to take initiative while also valuing good cohesion and a pleasant workplace. You are positive about diversity, equality, and respect for everyone's equal worth. We value if you are active in sports and/or have previous experience in sales and leadership. If you are also willing to take initiative in social contexts and are a positive person, that can be an asset for the position.

Qualifications

For the position, you are required to:

• be at least 18 years old
• have high school qualifications or equivalent experience
• have previous work experience, preferably in sales
• have good language skills in Swedish

Interviews are conducted in person, on an ongoing basis. Start date for the position is by agreement.
