As a Pool Employee, you will be employed by Retail Knowledge and work in Chanel's stores.

About the role

As a retail salesperson / makeup artist at Chanel, your primary task is to, through personal advice and good knowledge of the brand's products and history, constantly strive to create exclusive experiences for the customer. 

Your responsibilities:

• Create personal makeup consultations and product recommendations.
• Assist customers in choosing fragrance, skincare, and makeup.
• Convey the brand's exclusivity, history, and values in every customer interaction.
• Participate in daily operations – opening, closing, cleaning, and inventory management.
• Be responsible for the cash register and reporting in consultation with the store manager.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail, preferably from the premium or luxury segment.
• Is a trained makeup artist, skincare therapist, or has solid knowledge through practical experience and interest. 
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
• Is flexible, professional, and has an eye for detail.
• Has a primary occupation (studies, work, or own business) of at least 50% for at least one year ahead – this must be clearly stated in your application.
• Can work days, evenings, and weekends – and has the ability to work 3 shifts a week.
