What does the job entail?

As Team Leader at Jobbplats, you will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and training new and existing employees. You don’t put your feet up on the desk and burn through your old call lists; instead, you are active and meet your salespeople and customers. Additionally, you sell yourself in true team spirit. You practice what you preach, lead by example, and inspire your team members.

If the role of team leader goes well, there are great opportunities to take on the role of sales manager. You will then be responsible for our team leaders.
