Customer Service Representative at Sparbanken Tanum
We at Sparbanken Tanum are now looking for new customer service representatives to strengthen our customer service department.
You will have a central role in the bank with great opportunities for development.
What it's like to work as a customer service representative
Being a customer service representative at Sparbanken Tanum primarily means taking care of the customers who visit us, as well as staffing the bank's customer service via phone, online banking, and chat. Here we handle everything from customers' general questions about our digital banking services to assisting with individual inquiries they may have and booking further advisory sessions when needed. You guide customers, primarily private individuals, in various banking matters. In the role of customer service representative, you will work both at our headquarters in Tanumshede and at our office in Hamburgsund.
In many cases, you are the customer's first contact with the bank, and to thrive in this role, a flexible approach is required, as well as the ability to collaborate easily with other departments.
Together, we help each other to meet all of the customer's needs.
We believe you are a good fit for the role if you:
- Enjoy meeting many customers every day through various channels. You thrive on always helping and serving the customer and going the extra mile.
- Are good at collaborating, but at the same time can work independently.
- Work best when there is always a lot to do; you are good at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, which means you have resilience even when there are many parallel tracks and time pressure.
- Have education in economics, preferably post-secondary or similar.
- Have a B driver's license.
