Frilufts Förskolor is a well-established company that has been active in preschool since 1993. We operate 11 preschools in five municipalities in Stockholm. The company is characterized by commitment, stability, security, job satisfaction, and close proximity to management. We want you to share our passion for outdoor education. You will work alongside other staff members in the pedagogical activities according to our own guidelines and Lpfö 18.

In Frilufts Förskolor's operations, we use outdoor education as a method in all learning. This means that we have our gatherings, dining, play, creative activities, etc., outside in the yard and in nature. We work according to our own concept, "With Veda and Barke in Nature", where the children belong to the groups Discoverers, Explorers, and Adventurers. Everything we do is based on the guiding principles of Safe, Fun, and Educational.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is engaged, positive, and can quickly adapt to their tasks. You should be able to provide and create security, knowledge, and joy at the preschools, as well as take your own initiatives.

We would like you to have an interest in nature and outdoor life.

Education

We prefer that you have a high school education in the nursing program, child and youth studies, or equivalent education, but this is not a requirement.
