The Arlöv Health Center is located in a green environment between Lund and Malmö with easily accessible parking and good bus and train connections. We have approximately 8200 registered patients representing a cross-section of modern Swedish society. We have specialist clinics for diabetes and elderly care, among others.

Our team consists of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, dieticians, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and medical secretaries. The Child Health Center (BVC) is part of the family center Samovaren, which collaborates closely with preschools and other specialists in child development and health. In addition to BVC, we have open preschool, social advisors, and maternal health care. We are committed to the development of primary care in the municipality and have medical responsibility for approximately 220 care places in special housing, distributed across three facilities, one in Åkarp and two in Arlöv.

Through ongoing development and improvement work, there is an opportunity to be involved and drive the operations forward. We work from a team perspective, ensuring our patients have good accessibility with high medical safety.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We now welcome a skilled specialist doctor who wants to work with us at the Arlöv Health Center!

As a specialist doctor here, you will be offered a varied and developing job. The position includes outpatient work at the health center with the possibility of working at BVC if desired. You will also have the opportunity to influence the work around the future health system, together with your colleagues. Three times a week, we have interdisciplinary rounds.

Here at the health center in Arlöv, we focus on the needs of the patient. We also value our employees' personal development and enable internal career paths with us. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed physician authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare. Furthermore, you have specialist competence in general medicine or another equivalent specialty. For the position, language skills in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is required. Work experience from primary care and/or BVC is an advantage.

To succeed in the role, it is important that you always have the patient's needs in focus. As a person, you are solution-oriented and have a good ability to make independent decisions. You have a flexible working style while being responsible and confident in your professional practice. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and, together with your colleagues, contribute to our positive work environment. We place great importance on personal suitability.
