We are now looking for summer substitutes at Vardaga's care and nursing homes in Kristianstad and Tollarp for the summer of 2026.

With us, we offer you different types of schedules; day, mix, evening, weekend, or night.

You will receive introductory training with valuable knowledge about care and service.

About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together.

You will start your introduction early in the spring to feel secure in your work when summer comes.

About our operations:

Björklunden - Tollarp 38 places. 18 dementia places and 20 somatic places.

Christiansro - Kristianstad 45 places. 9 dementia places and 36 somatic places.

Sommarlustvägen - Kristianstad 54 places. 54 dementia places.

Your experience and knowledge

We guess that you who are applying to us:

- are attracted to a job that is varied and requires great knowledge of care and nursing but also a talent for meeting people in different situations.

- are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility.

- enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant/care assistant or have equivalent experience in elderly care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
