Workplace Description
At the turn of the year, we will start our new unit for Adults and Disabilities. The unit also includes housing support and employment activities.
We plan to co-manage cases in social psychiatry and addiction to create a more cohesive and effective handling for a target group that often has complex and overlapping needs.
We are now looking for a case officer who wants to help develop our new unit. You will have great opportunities to influence the design of our new working methods. With us, you will contribute to building a new operation with methods that align with the new Social Services Act, where the needs of users are in focus.

Job Description
Your tasks involve authority exercise within the unit's areas with the opportunity for specialized competence in certain areas. Work with the entire target group occurs based on the needs of the operation. In line with the new Social Services Act, the unit's work in providing early support will be developed, which is also part of the role.
As a case officer, you will work both independently and in a structured manner. You will receive and process applications, investigate and analyze the individual's needs, and make decisions about support and interventions in a legally secure manner.
After decisions, you will continuously follow up on the interventions granted. Investigation and follow-up occur, among other things, through conversations and meetings with the individual, and we use IBIC as a methodological support in our work.
Collaboration is an important part of the assignment, both internally and externally. The work includes being able to guide and assist Salem residents within the municipality's services.
Documentation takes place in the operational system Treserva. We work process-oriented, structured, and needs-oriented.
You will be part of a workgroup characterized by a good atmosphere, broad competence, responsibility, generosity, and high ambitions. We offer you, in addition to meaningful work in a pleasant unit, an introduction plan where your previous knowledge is taken into account so that you feel secure and have a good start. We care about a good working environment and your engagement and interest.
