Our Operations

We at Värmdö daily operations are looking for a new colleague who wants to help develop our daily operations, is that you?

Your Mission

You will work according to our assignment description, which includes social documentation, participating in the quality work of the operations, and being active in our meetings.

You will have responsibility as a support person for a few participants, where you will ensure that the participants have activities and tasks that provide meaningful engagement, that the participants have current implementation plans, and that you keep ongoing journal notes. You will be responsible for collaborating with the participant's network, all to maintain good relationships with the important people in the participant's daily life.

Your Experience

We want you to have adequate education according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's recommendations to work as a support assistant, such as the care program with a focus on LSS. You should have experience working in operational systems such as social documentation, quality management systems, and digital planning tools.

You should have experience working with interventions according to LSS (special accommodations, daily operations, short-term care), AAC, Autism, NPF, clarifying pedagogy, and low-arousal approach. Since you will have a lot of contact with the participant's network, you must master the Swedish language very well in both speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have TAKK, adapted MI (motivational interviewing), and experience with digital tools.
