JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role as a field secretary

As a field secretary, you will work closely with young people in their everyday lives and environments. Your mission is to:

• Establish contact and build trusting relationships.
• Hold conversations with young people and lead group meetings.
• Implement youth services.
• Conduct preliminary assessments.
• Inform and lecture in schools and other forums on issues related to alcohol, drugs, and crime.
• Collaborate with the police, schools, leisure activities, and other stakeholders within the framework of SSPF.
• Participate in the development of interventions without needs assessment (IUB) according to the new Social Services Act.
• Work evenings and weekends where the youth are typically found, usually every other Friday or Saturday evening.

You will be part of the Family Advice and Support unit, where we work based on a common CBT approach. Here, you will meet experienced and further-educated colleagues with great commitment and drive.

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in social work
• Experience in fieldwork or youth work (meritorious).
• Further education in MI, CBT, addiction issues, or crime (desirable).
• The ability to build trust and relationships with young people.
• Confidence in working in various environments from classrooms to digital platforms.
• Initiative, humility, and curiosity.
• A valid driver's license (B).

You thrive in a flexible work environment where the mission can change based on current societal needs, and you are not afraid to take up space where it is needed.
