Job Advertisement: Caregiver at Sjöarp Group Homes

Cura Individutveckling is a municipal federation with the municipalities of the region as members. Our mission is to conduct activities where municipalities see benefits from coordinated efforts. Sjöarp Group Homes is tasked with meeting the needs of member municipalities for placements concerning adults with autism and severe issues. Sjöarp can offer integrated housing with daily activities in a calm and secure environment just outside Bräkne-Hoby. Sjöarp Group Homes has a total of 13 residential places distributed across 5 homes. The target group is varied.

We are in constant need of staff who can quickly, or more planned, step in and work, for example, when regular staff are on leave or training.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a caregiver, you will support clients with personal care and a meaningful daily life and leisure. You will accompany the client throughout the day, including in daily activities where the engagement is tailored to the client's own needs and circumstances.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with prior experience working with people in, for example, care, education, or social services. You should have completed high school. It is an advantage if you have completed or are studying a relevant post-secondary education in care, social services, behavioral science, or pedagogy. Quality assurance work and documentation require you to communicate clearly in both speech and writing and have computer skills. You should have a calm and secure demeanor and a good ability to work independently. We place great importance on personal suitability.

You must have a B driver's license (manual) and a valid extract from the police's suspicion and criminal record register.
