As a Receptionist at Leksand Resort, you are not only the first person our guests meet, but you also set the tone for their entire stay. You welcome them with a smile and ensure that everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. Every day brings new encounters, different questions, and unique challenges.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and enjoys a role where you meet people every day. You have a positive attitude, a warm demeanor, and the ability to make guests feel seen and welcomed from the very first contact. You are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented, and you remain calm even when things get busy. Previous experience in reception work and familiarity with the Compusoft booking system is a plus. Since the position involves a lot of guest contact, you need to speak fluent Swedish and English.

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Working hours vary according to the campsite's opening hours, which means working during the day and evening every day of the week. The position is a seasonal employment at 80%, and the summer season runs from June to August. Salary and other conditions are according to the collective agreement with Vista-HRF Gröna riksavtalet.

About Us Leksand Resort's five-star family campsite is nestled among pines in a lush tranquility right next to Lake Siljan, adjacent to Leksand Sommarland. We offer accommodations ranging from tents to luxury cabins. At Leksand Resort, there are plenty of fun activities for the whole family, restaurants, kiosks, a shop, and relaxing surroundings with attractions nearby. One night in July, we can welcome up to 4000 overnight guests during the peak summer season.
