About the position

As a Design/Test & Certificates Engineer, you will work on developing and adapting our products for various applications and verifying their performance through physical testing according to international standards and customer-specific requirements. You will have a varied role where you collaborate globally and contribute to innovative, customer-tailored solutions.

Main responsibilities

Design, develop, and adapt products from needs identification to finished solution
Plan, conduct, and analyze physical tests of sealing solutions
Verify system performance according to standards and customer requirements
Provide technical support and training internally and externally
Collaborate with colleagues globally to create customer-specific solutions
Handle both quick support inquiries and long-term strategic activities

Qualifications

Engineering degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or similar
Good knowledge of 3D-CAD (preferably AutoDesk Inventor) and experience with PLM systems
Analytical, structured, and flexible with an interest in driving projects
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of Swedish
Good collaboration skills and understanding of different cultures

You enjoy working practically one day and analyzing measurement data and discussing performance with colleagues around the world the next day.
