Job Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility

As an electrical designer at Nordic Vehicle Conversion AB, you step into an environment where advanced technology meets clear societal benefits. You work with electrical systems in vehicles that must function in all situations, even sometimes under directly critical conditions, which places high demands on both quality and systems. Here you have the opportunity to work through the entire development chain, from early concepts and design to verification and testing in the finished vehicle. In this role, you will encounter a technically complex and varied everyday life. You analyze how components and systems interact, develop electrical systems and wiring for long-term operation, and ensure that the design withstands real-world conditions such as vibrations, temperature variations, and high loads. You work closely with sales and production, which provides a unique opportunity to see your solutions put into use and quickly developed further in line with the vehicle's functionality.

Essential Requirements

• Higher vocational education in electrical design/electronics or similar, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of practical experience in electrical design.
• Experience with electrical design programs such as E3 or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, component functions, and basic control logic.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable

• Experience in electrical design within the automotive industry or large machinery.
