Quality Responsible Nursing Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

The assignment includes following up and monitoring the quality work in your work group together with the unit manager. This includes, among other things, ensuring that guidelines and routines are followed, and that the work group works towards achieving the established goals of the organization.

As a quality responsible nursing assistant, you are part of the work group and also engage in regular care work. In your work, you will collaborate with other quality responsible nursing assistants at the facility. Your assignment includes coaching and guiding the staff in the work group you are responsible for.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Trained nursing assistant. You must be able to present a professional certificate.
• Have experience and knowledge of care and nursing.
• Have the competence to receive delegation from PAS and other professionals in the organization.
• Have the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Have good computer skills.
• We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

You need to have the ability to change your working methods to meet new challenges and demands, as well as show flexibility in your thinking and actions to effectively handle changes.
