RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be the patient responsible nurse for the patients living in your area or in the departments you are responsible for, and you will independently plan your work tasks. You are flexible and can adapt based on the situation's requirements. You will work daytime and only every seventh weekend. In your role, you will collaborate with various actors within municipal operations, health centers, etc., regarding patients with a focus on Close Care for the patient. You will also mentor nursing students in their final semester.

We work with coordinators during the weekend, among other things, to meet the increased needs for healthcare while maintaining high patient safety and a good stimulating work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed nurse, with or without further education
• Driving license B
• Documented experience

You have several years of experience working as a nurse, as you are often alone at the patient's home and need to feel secure in medical assessments.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to organize and structure work effectively. You are good at prioritizing tasks and coordinating resources to achieve short- and long-term goals.

We seek someone who independently seeks new challenges, makes things happen, and initiates activities and projects.

You enjoy working in a team and strive for common goals. It comes naturally to you to compromise and share information and knowledge.

We are looking for someone who is communicative and clear. You have the ability to listen actively to understand others' perspectives and give and receive constructive feedback.

You are service-oriented and show genuine interest in customers and their questions and problems.
