Ronneby Health Center is one of the healthcare centers in Region Blekinge, part of Hälsoval Blekinge.

The health center has approximately 9,500 registered patients and we have about 35 employees in various professions who work together for good care. Our work is based on Region Blekinge's three guiding stars: engagement, collaboration, and quality.

The Job

The work as a nursing assistant at a health center is varied and involves close patient contact.

The tasks consist of working in the lab with sampling and analysis, EKG recording, dressings, and assisting doctors with various procedures and examinations. At Ronneby Health Center, we work according to the RAK concept (right use of competence). This means that we strive for each employee to work at the top of their competence. The tasks also include ordering supply materials.

About You

We are looking for you, a trained nursing assistant with experience in laboratory work including sampling. You are confident and experienced in your professional role and work methodically and with quality assurance. You contribute to a good working environment through a positive, solution-focused approach and collaboration with all professions.

The pace in the laboratory is occasionally high. Therefore, it is important that you can work independently and efficiently without compromising accuracy, patient safety, or good service.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Region Blekinge places all permanent staff in a crisis position. Some of our positions are classified for security, where the employee must undergo a security clearance interview and background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
