Do you want to join us and make a difference? In the role of senior electronics designer, you will become an experienced advisor for Avalon, our customers, the project business, and your colleagues. The position is full-time and permanent, starting as agreed.

As a consultant in electronics design, you will work on assignments for our clients or in-house in Avalon's project business. Our clients are a broad mix of different industries, products, and company sizes. Therefore, your role may vary depending on your interests, but your tasks will include everything from schematic design and layout to verification and board bring-up in the lab. The work also includes documentation of results and preparation of materials for the project's chosen PDM system.

We are looking for someone who

• Is curious, structured, and solution-oriented.

• Has a university degree in electronics, mechatronics, or another relevant technical field.

• Has many years of work experience in both analog & digital electronics design and therefore has a good understanding of production requirements. When we say PCB, you think not of environmental toxins, but of the boards you work with.

• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English.

• Has experience with Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro or OrCAD.

• Experience with EMC, electrical safety, and practical lab use is a plus.
