We are looking for a Permits and Rights Manager – Planning Monitoring for a state-owned energy company.

The assignment is a full-time consultancy role and can be performed from either Stockholm or Luleå.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role involves working with planning monitoring and management of permits and rights. You will be responsible for reviewing and writing statements in accordance with the Planning and Building Act and the Environmental Code, coordinating statements internally, and monitoring the company's facilities and property rights interests. The role is part of a national team that provides internal legal support, manages permits and rights, and oversees planning and servitudes.

Responsibilities

Administer, review, and write statements primarily according to the Planning and Building Act and the Environmental Code (e.g., comprehensive plans, detailed plans, building permits, environmental permit matters, protected areas)

Have a coordinating role within the company for statements on consultation documents

Monitor the company's facilities and property rights interests such as servitudes and easements in incoming referral documents

Collaborate with colleagues spread across the country within Permits and Rights, Management, and Development (DP-RF)

Contribute with internal legal support and management of the company's permits and rights

Participate in planning and servitude monitoring

Requirements (NOTE, mandatory)

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

At least a bachelor's degree. Specialization: For example, surveying, urban planning, building permit processing, law, legal studies, or equivalent.
