Since our inception in 2021, we have vaccinated over 500,000 people and are currently the sole contracted vaccinator for large parts of Västra Götaland. In 2024, we have expanded our health-promoting work with testing, health checks, and certificates – and are now collaborating with companies across the country. At the same time, we are developing a unique concept for mobile preventive care through our rolling clinics, MACC-bilen.

In addition to health-promoting care, we also carry out assignments in protected environments, primary care, and insurance care as part of a comprehensive solution for modern healthcare.

About the position

Here you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and developing role that combines clinical work with administrative responsibilities and business development within our health-promoting area. We work with vaccinations, testing, drug testing, and corporate services – and you will be a central part in ensuring that our units operate safely, structured, and with high quality.

You will be part of a team with broad expertise where we support each other and leverage each employee's strengths. The role is partially flexible and can be adapted to your experiences and areas of interest. At the same time, it is important that you enjoy a varied everyday life where both clinical work and administrative tasks are included.

You will work both in our fixed clinics and in our mobile MACC vehicle, as well as support the operations through counseling, onboarding of new staff, and mentoring of colleagues. In the event of vacancies or short-term absences, you may also need to cover clinically, sometimes at short notice.

A central part of the assignment is the administrative work, where you will be responsible for:

• building and updating routines

• ordering vaccines and materials

• inventory checks and simpler quality follow-ups

• participating in development work

In addition, there will be some logistics related to moving materials and vaccines between our units, where you will provide support as needed. You will also have regular presence at our various locations in the region, at least once a month, to contribute to a safe and stable operation.

The work consists of scheduled clinical time combined with on-call time, where you may be called in or work administratively to ensure continuity in the operations as needed.

Start date according to agreement. We apply a probationary period and work with ongoing selection – the position may therefore be filled before the application period has ended.

You will be responsible for:

• Vaccination

• Venous blood sampling

• Care advice and travel advice

• Record keeping and documentation

• Administrative tasks, ordering, inventory management, and routines

• Development work (#_msocom_2)within the region's operations

• Onboarding new employees and mentoring colleagues through consultation or clinical presence

Your qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, flexible, and responsible. Customer contact comes naturally to you; you are socially outgoing and have excellent collaboration skills.

In addition, you need to be confident in your role as a nurse and have good administrative skills; you are organized and have an easy time structuring your work.

You must share our values regarding SAFETY, ETHICS, and SECURITY.

• Requirement for a nursing license

  • Preferred with long experience of at least two years or relevant background according to the employer

• Comfortable and independent in your role as a nurse

  • During low season, solo work may occur in our facilities and mobile units

• Requirement for a B driver's license and driving experience; preferred with experience driving a motorhome.

• Requirement for experience in vaccination work or a clear interest in the field.

• Preferred with experience in the journal system HLTHY and Mitt Vaccin.

• Preferred with previous experience in a supervisory position
