About the role

As an IT and Information Security Coordinator, you will support and coordinate the implementation of new technical solutions in the bank. You will be part of the Business Support unit and work closely with the security officer, project managers, and central IT. The role is central to the bank's work with information and communication technology as well as IT and information security, characterized by a coordinating role with many points of contact. You have a natural security mindset, work in a structured manner, and take responsibility for ensuring that tasks are followed up and completed with high quality. You are service-oriented and appreciate being close to the business. You are motivated by creating sustainable, secure solutions and ensuring that systems and routines work in everyday life.

Responsibilities and tasks

In this role, you will coordinate the bank's work within information and communication technology with the goal of strengthening the bank's operational resilience. This includes contributing to the bank providing secure, appropriate IT systems that meet both business needs and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the bank's security and IT managers, who have overall responsibility for physical security and IT-related technical issues, and support both strategically and operationally.

Your main tasks

• Work with information security in the bank's systems from requirement specification and implementation to follow-up and decommissioning
• Work with AI, cloud services, and automation from a security perspective
• Conduct environmental monitoring and risk assessments
• Specify requirements and follow up on security tests and audits
• Develop and update governing documents, reports, and training
• Support the security officer in IT-related issues, network management, and procurement of IT equipment including system permissions

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working in IT and/or security
• A strong drive and interest in continuously developing your skills in the field
• A degree in information security, IT, or equivalent
• Experience or good knowledge of cloud services, ISO 27001, DORA, and GDPR
• Experience from working in a bank or other financial institution is an advantage
