The education should have relevant credits in behavioral science, pedagogy, psychology, social work, and (psychiatric) care or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
Communication is an important part of the job, which requires that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing. This means a requirement for passing grades in Swedish 1, Swedish as a second language 1, or equivalent. If you do not meet the qualification requirements in Swedish 1 or Swedish as a second language 1, you may be offered to take a language test through the test user Educateit.

Furthermore, we work with methods such as LAB (low-affect meeting), AAC (Alternative and Augmentative Communication), Clear Pedagogy, Sign Language Support, ESL (An Independent Life), IBIC (Individual Needs in Center), MI (Motivational Interviewing) previous experience is seen as meritorious.
You show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role and have an open and positive attitude as you have the user's/customer's needs as the starting point for your actions. You gain energy from contributing to others' learning and create conditions for learning to take place. You have the ability to explain problems and information to different recipients and from different perspectives. You encourage dialogue, participation, and engagement.
You have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. By being interested and creating understanding for others, you contribute to a respectful work climate.
