The woman has a congenital disability, which means you will be her extended arm. She decides on her daily life according to her own needs but requires assistance with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, showering, laundry, cleaning, shopping, etc.

You will primarily work in a single assistance role, as she only has double assistance Mon-Fri from 08:00 to 12:30 (due to transfers).

You who are applying should be a woman aged 25-40 years.

Care education and experience in the role of personal assistant are not a requirement as personal chemistry is prioritized.

Her major interests are dance band music and cooking, especially traditional home-cooked meals, and she enjoys preparing food from scratch together with her assistant. She also likes interior design and wants her surroundings to be nice and tidy.

We would like you to be calm, secure, attentive, meticulous, flexible, stress-resistant, reliable, quick to learn, and adaptable to different situations.

Additional qualifications.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the woman may need help with communication.

• Good physical condition, as daily lifting/transfers occur (there are always two assistants).

• Non-smoker

• Not allergic to pets.

• Driver's license (B)

Employment type/Duration: Hourly employment

Working hours: 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call/waiting time between 02:00-08:00.

During holidays and a couple of weeks in the summer, the woman is with her parents, and then regular assistants are off.
