Part-time substitute needed at Leva LSS Care Mälartorget.

You will support our residents in their daily lives, help them develop their abilities, and create conditions for independence and participation. About us At Mälartorget, we work based on a clear pedagogical framework focusing on low-arousal responses, clear pedagogical methods, and alternative & augmentative communication (AAC). Here, individuals with autism spectrum diagnoses live in five apartments in a calm environment close to nature.

Your tasks

Be a part-time substitute as needed – evenings, weekends, and weekdays depending on the schedule

Provide support in daily activities based on individual needs and strengths

Work to create security, structure, and participation for our residents

Collaborate with colleagues and networks (relatives, guardians)

Document and report according to the organization’s routines

We are looking for someone who

Has relevant or ongoing education in social care (Experience with the target group is an advantage)

Is confident in themselves and can handle challenging behaviors/situations. You should be clear in your communication, and if you know sign language, that’s a plus. Or if you are used to working with visual support. You have a clear and structured working method and good communication skills. You should be able to provide support in all ADL, assist in most hygiene situations, and support daily activities based on individual needs and strengths.

Is flexible and can step in at short notice when needed

Has a B driver's license
