We are looking for a rehabilitation specialist for our HR and communication unit who wants to help develop our rehabilitation work. With us, you will work closely with managers and colleagues to create sustainable solutions that contribute to the vision 'Quality of Life Every Day'.

Your Responsibilities

The role of rehabilitation specialist primarily involves providing qualified support and advice to managers within the municipality on issues related to rehabilitation. You are an important support for managers in structuring, coordinating, planning, implementing, and following up on rehabilitation work.

An important part of your work is to collaborate and coordinate between different parties, including the responsible manager, the Social Insurance Agency, the region, occupational health services, and the Transition Fund.

You are also the system manager for our rehabilitation system Adato and an insurance informant regarding the employer's employee insurances. You are responsible for establishing and developing the municipality's rehabilitation work, which includes the development of processes, guidelines, routines, and working methods.

Another important task is to monitor the field, educate managers, and disseminate information and knowledge within the organization.

You will be part of the HR and communication unit where you, together with engaged and competent colleagues, will have the opportunity to influence and contribute to the development of our operations.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university or college degree in HR, behavioral science, or equivalent education deemed suitable by the employer.

You have good knowledge of the rehabilitation field and experience working with guidance and coordination within rehabilitation. We would also like you to have previous experience from broader HR work and/or experience in occupational health services.

It is considered meritorious if you have good knowledge of social insurance. If you have education and experience in WRI, AWP, AWC, and WEIS, this is also meritorious.

To thrive in this role, you need to be a secure and stable person with good self-awareness who finds it easy to collaborate and build trust. You are self-driven, flexible, and have a good ability to quickly adapt to new situations. You take responsibility for your tasks and have a very good ability to structure your work. You also need to have analytical skills to see opportunities and solutions. You should also be pedagogical and have a coaching approach.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement as written and verbal communication is a significant part of your work.
