About Us
We are looking for a nurse who is interested in working with orthopedics. We are a team of about 38 people who are truly passionate about orthopedic care and teamwork with the patient in focus. Here, we care for patients with diseases of the musculoskeletal system. We work with both acute and planned care. We operate in three teams, two teams for acute patients and one team for elective surgery.
With us, you will gain a broad range of knowledge areas and also have the opportunity to take responsibility and develop in the area that interests you. The social community among professions is important, and we truly value this as we work in teams. Our team consists of nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and coordinators.
Your Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and executing interventions based on the patient's care needs.
- Contributing your knowledge to the teamwork.
- Driving improvement work in accordance with the organization's goals.
- Supervision of new staff and students.
- Contact with the patient's relatives.
Your Qualifications
Licensed nurse, preferably with experience in orthopedic care. We are looking for someone who has interest, commitment, and motivation to work and develop the work around our patient care. You have good self-awareness and collaboration skills, as well as the desire to develop both yourself and the organization. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Employment Type
We offer you a permanent position. Start date according to agreement. The position involves day and evening shifts, as well as weekend work.
