What will you be doing?

We run the service Steps to Work and you as an occupational therapist have a central role in its implementation. Therefore, we are looking for you who, with competence, great commitment, and interest in development, want to work with us and support our participants in getting closer to the labor market. As an occupational therapist, you will be part of a team of occupational therapists, coaches, and supervisors.

In Steps to Work, we work with activity-based assessment places, empowering and developing activities, as well as work training/work trials. The purpose is to support and develop our participants to get closer to a sustainable working life and, if possible, to enter studies or employment with support from the Employment Service.

In this position, you will work with the occupational therapy tools AWC, AWP, MOHOST, DOA, and WRI, among others.

The role also includes tasks within the framework of a job consultant, such as employer contacts, follow-up of work trials, etc.

We have extensive contact with and report to authorities, primarily the Employment Service, and good communicative skills in spoken and written Swedish are therefore something we value. You need to be comfortable working both independently and together with colleagues. It is important that you are flexible, structured, and responsible. You need to have a very good ability to create and develop relationships with people, both participants and colleagues, as well as contact persons at our client.

We are primarily looking for someone who wants to work full-time, but we are willing to discuss part-time for those who wish. You must have completed your degree and need to submit your license as an Occupational Therapist with your application.
