About Us

Nyköping Hospital is conveniently located in Nyköping, close to the E4 and only a 10-minute walk from the travel center. There are good commuting opportunities to both Norrköping and Stockholm. We are about 35 employees working in physiotherapy in Nyköping, and our team is characterized by a good social climate and a wide range of experience and competence! Your Responsibilities

As a rehabilitation assistant, you will work on behalf of and together with a physiotherapist in the inpatient department as well as with additional tasks in the workplace. Your work includes taking patient histories, performing and/or instructing exercise programs, providing treatment according to prescription, and assisting with assessments, follow-ups, and the trial of assistive devices. You will get to try out your new profession and gain valuable experience before you complete your education, in a workgroup with many experienced colleagues. There is an opportunity for you to see and try out several different areas of operation during your temporary position. We place great emphasis on introduction and supervision to create good conditions for you in your future profession.

Your Competence

You should be currently studying to become a licensed physiotherapist and have completed and passed T4 in the Physiotherapy program. You should have good collaboration skills as we work in teams and be adaptable to new conditions throughout the day. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Employment Type

Temporary position during the summer of 2026 with start date according to agreement.
