Vårdcentralen Fröslunda is a very pleasant workplace with 52 employees. We are a large health center with approximately 13,500 registered patients. Our team includes nurses, community nurses, specialist doctors in general medicine, ST doctors, nursing assistants, social workers, psychologists, physiotherapists, and administrative staff. We have short decision-making paths and a close and unpretentious dialogue in daily work between all professions. This strengthens our patient safety, and of course, our patients are always the focus of our work.

Your Responsibilities

The work consists of a constant variation of tasks such as telephone advice, digital healthcare contacts, outpatient visits, and minor emergencies. On-call shifts in primary care may occur. You drive your own work but also contribute to the overall operation of the health center and develop the business together with us. As an employee with us, there are good opportunities for development. We apply working hours that allow you to influence your working hours within given frameworks as far as the operation allows.

Your Competence

You are a licensed nurse/community nurse. We prefer that you have a few years of professional experience, but even if you are new in your professional role, you are welcome to apply.

We are looking for someone who is fundamentally positive and has an interest in personal and organizational development as our business grows and adapts to the needs of patients. Perhaps you have a particular area of interest that you would like to implement? You are comfortable working independently and making your own decisions while having good collaboration skills. You have a patient-centered approach, are attentive and flexible in your work. You see solutions instead of problems and have a good ability to prioritize. You are service-oriented and can provide "that little extra" to the patients you meet.

You have good computer skills and experience with the NCS and/or Cosmic journal systems. Competence in diabetes, heart failure, and asthma/COPD is a merit.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
