About Us

Do you want to work with a fantastic team of nurses/community nurses characterized by great commitment and collegial support? Then you should apply for the position with us at Skiftinge Health Center. A health center located on the outskirts of Eskilstuna where all professions are represented. We have approximately 11,500 registered patients and our premises also include a family center. We are perceived as a pleasant workplace with about 50 employees. The work climate is characterized by joy at work with close and unpretentious collaboration among all professions within the health center. The work around our patients is team-based. This strengthens our patient safety and of course, our patients are always the focus of our work.

Your Responsibilities

We can offer a varied job where you meet patients of all ages and from different cultures. A constant variation of tasks such as telephone advice, digital healthcare contacts, and outpatient visits. Patient rounds together with different professions. You drive your own work but also contribute to the whole at the health center and develop the operations together with us. As an employee with us, there are good opportunities for development.

Your Competence

You are a licensed nurse/community nurse. We would like you to have a few years of professional experience but it is not a requirement.

We are looking for someone who is fundamentally positive and has an interest in personal and organizational development as our operations grow and adapt to the needs of the patients. Perhaps you have a particular area of interest such as heart failure, blood pressure, incontinence, or something else that you would like to implement? You are comfortable working independently and making your own decisions while also having good collaborative skills. You have a patient-centered approach, are attentive and flexible in your work. You see solutions instead of problems and have a good ability to prioritize. You are service-oriented and can provide "that little extra" to the patients you meet.

You have good computer skills and experience with the Cosmic journal system.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
