Experienced Site Manager Wanted at Brixly in Borås

We are taking the next step in our growth strategy and expanding our operations further in Borås. We want to strengthen our organization and are looking for an experienced site manager who wants to be part of a dedicated and cohesive team – are you the one we are looking for?

As a site manager with us, you will have a central role. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects adhere to timelines and budgets, coordinating subcontractors and in-house staff, and ensuring that work is carried out according to applicable safety regulations and quality requirements. You will plan and lead daily tasks together with the site manager. At Brixly, we work with both private and municipal clients, which means you will have the opportunity to work on both larger and smaller projects.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid construction knowledge and experience leading daily tasks in consultation with the site manager.
• A strong focus on quality and safety in all projects.
• The ability to build good relationships and a business-oriented mindset in meetings with clients and partners.
• A driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, confident in your role, and enjoy working in a team. You see the administrative parts as a given and have a structured way of working.
