The Role

As a Construction Manager with us, you are the client's representative and extended arm throughout the project. You work in a structured manner and closely with production to ensure quality, economy, and progress – with the goal of delivering the high quality that LUCO stands for.

In our smaller and innovative organization, you will quickly gain trust, develop in your role, and be involved where decisions are made – unlike in larger companies with longer decision-making paths.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Quality assurance of production
• Conducting coordination and construction meetings
• Financial regulations
• Coordination between different stakeholders

The projects may encompass areas such as urban development, water and sewage, roads and land, as well as exploitation.

Are you the one we are looking for?

You are likely an educated engineer or have another equivalent technical background and have several years of experience in earthworks and water and sewage work. You are confident in yourself and your competence, driven by responsibility, and want to continue developing in your professional role.

We believe that you:

• Have several years of experience in earthworks and water and sewage work
• Have experience with AB, ABT, ABK, and AMA Construction
• Are confident in both your knowledge and personality
• Have a strong personal drive and desire to develop
• Want to influence your workday
• Have experience as a consultant and in the role of Construction Manager (required)
• Have experience as a consultant in the role of project manager (meritorious)
