Are you interested in properties and people? Are you technically skilled and good at planning and motivating others? HSB Göteborg is now looking for a Team Leader for property caretakers where you will work 80% as a property caretaker and 20% as a team leader. The position is a full-time temporary contract lasting until mid-April 2027. Start date as soon as possible by agreement.

The role of Team Leader for property caretakers means that in addition to the assignment as a property caretaker, you will have an extended responsibility as a team leader for a team of six property caretakers. A large part of your time will be spent supervising and maintaining our property portfolio. In addition, you will also have a coordinating function for our property caretakers where you lead and distribute the daily work. You will work closely with the Regional Manager for Properties in Gothenburg to whom you will report.

The responsibilities as a property caretaker include, among others:

• Handle maintenance requests and provide feedback to tenants

• Perform systematic rounds and inspections

• Conduct inspections and key handovers

• Plan and execute minor repairs and ongoing maintenance

• Order and follow up on property supplies and minor contracting work

• Follow up on the calendar

The responsibilities as a team leader include, among others:

• Lead and motivate property caretakers in their daily work

• Plan and distribute work orders and resources. Ensure that the work is performed according to schedule and quality

• Coordinate staffing and distribute incoming maintenance requests during absences

• Check in staff in the morning

• Follow up and ensure that case management and key management are performed according to routine

• Introduce new employees

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Property education at the high school level or equivalent experience

• Several years of experience in property maintenance

• Experience in team leadership

• Good computer skills and administrative ability

• Driving license B

• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
