About the role:

As a construction engineer with us at Peab's new region Infra, you will be a key person in exciting, interesting, cool, and technically challenging infrastructure projects. Here, you will have the chance to grow in an environment where we combine technical challenges with long-term thinking and sustainability. You will work closely with our project managers alongside two close colleagues, who are available for support and guidance, to ensure that production runs smoothly, with a clear focus on logistics, scheduling, and procurement support.

You will be part of a team characterized by close collaboration and knowledge sharing, where you will receive professional development alongside many experienced colleagues. Your tasks:

• Establish and follow up project schedules in Powerproject or similar programs
• Provide planning support to production and project management
• Be responsible for logistics management for material flows in and out of the project
• Create structure in work areas, sequences, and deliveries
• Participate in production and planning meetings
• Work with and develop digital tools and working methods
• Support block managers and supervisors in daily planning

You will be the hub of the planning work and contribute to both short-term and long-term production plans.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in construction or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in a leading role in production within construction or infrastructure
• Experience with schedules and project logistics
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)
• Experience with scheduling tools, preferably Powerproject
• Comfortable working digitally and quick to learn new things
• An unpretentious working style and enjoys being close to operations
• Willingness to travel for work (mobility is a requirement)

Meritorious:

• Experience in purchasing and financial follow-up
• Knowledge of project management systems and digital tools
