Who are you?

To fit the role of estimator, you need to have prior experience in the construction industry, preferably in a production role such as site manager or foreman, but this is not a requirement. As an estimator/bid engineer, you are involved in the initial phase. Your responsibilities include responding to incoming inquiries, preparing complete and finalized bids based on the conditions of each inquiry, collaborating with suppliers, customers, and colleagues, etc. As an estimator, you have a business sense and see cost-effective solutions in the various bids you will submit. Furthermore, you are communicative and structured in your work.

We are looking for someone who:

• You have at least five years of documented experience in the role of estimator or a corresponding role
• Have relevant education or equivalent experience in the industry
• You have calculated both in public and/or private procurements.
• You possess good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• You have good skills in MS Excel
• Driver's license B
