About the role

Do you have a few years of experience in the profession and feel it’s time for the next step? We are now looking for two experienced and dedicated building painters; you may already be a vocational teacher or want to step into a new role – as a vocational teacher in Gothenburg.

We are looking for someone who wants to be involved from the start as a vocational teacher in a training program for building painting. You will be two teachers on site educating about 20 adult students. At Movant, you will have the chance to combine your professional knowledge with a meaningful role as a mentor and educator for young adults who want to step into the construction industry.

As a teacher with us, you help participants develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge while expressing your own passion for your profession.

Your main task is to deliver high-quality education that meets industry demands and expectations. The best of both worlds - you share your knowledge and simultaneously see your participants grow and develop!

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 6 years of experience in building painting during the last 10 years.
• Has experience teaching adults in the workplace or classroom.
• Has the ability to adapt teaching to each participant's needs.
• Has the competence to explain theories and guide practical moments.
• Has good computer skills.

It is highly meritorious if you hold a teaching license.
