About the role

As a site manager, you play a key role in our projects. You are responsible for leading and planning the daily work on the construction site, ensuring that everything runs smoothly according to plan – with quality, efficiency, and safety in focus. You will:

• Lead and coordinate staff and subcontractors.
• Work closely with the project manager to drive the projects forward.
• Be responsible for planning, execution, and follow-up of the projects' quality, economy, procurement, and timeline.

• Be involved in creating safe, sustainable environments for the people who will live and work in what we build.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in the construction industry and who has worked as a site manager on projects ranging from 50 to 200 million. You have a good technical and quality understanding, and are equally comfortable with administration as with production. You have at least 4-5 years of experience as a site manager and thrive in the role. Very good salary conditions can be offered to the right person!
