About the role

We are looking for someone who has one foot in production and one foot in administration. You will serve as an important link in our projects where you work closely with our skilled craftsmen. The role involves practical work combined with responsibility for time reporting, documentation, email communication, and reading drawings.

Since our team consists of Ukrainian craftsmen, the role is highly language-focused – you will be the bridge that ensures smooth communication.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you are disciplined, eager to learn, and have good collaboration skills.

Requirements for the position:

• Language: You speak and write Swedish fluently (required). You also speak Ukrainian or Russian fluently (required) to communicate with our team.
• Construction knowledge: You are comfortable with construction terms and have a basic understanding of how construction processes work.
• Driving license: A B driving license is an absolute requirement (company car available for work-related tasks).
• Geography: You reside in Greater Gothenburg as our projects are mainly located here.

Meritorious:

• Good computer skills (experience in reporting and documentation).
• Knowledge of English.
• Experience in reading construction documents and drawings.
