Vocational Teacher in Refrigeration and Heat Pump Installation

About the Role

We are looking for someone who wants to be involved from the start as a vocational teacher in a training program for refrigeration and heat pump installers. You will be two teachers on site educating approximately 15 adult students.

Movant is seeking an engaged vocational teacher in refrigeration and heat pump installation for a labor market training program in Skövde. Here you have the chance to combine your professional knowledge with a meaningful role as a mentor and educator for adults who want to step into the refrigeration and heat pump industry.

As a teacher with us, you help participants develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge while expressing your own passion for your profession.

Your main task is to deliver high-quality education that meets industry requirements and expectations. The best of both worlds - you share your knowledge while seeing your participants grow and develop!

We are looking for someone who

Has at least 3 years of industry experience within the last 10 years (can be experience from employment in industry companies, self-employment, or as a teacher)
Holds an F-gas certificate category I
Has experience teaching adults
Has the ability to adapt teaching to each participant's needs
Has the competence to explain theories and guide practical moments
Has good computer skills

It is an advantage if you hold a teaching license and/or are an examiner via Incert or have experience with certification exams in refrigeration and heat pump technology.
