We at Peab Anläggning are now looking for a site manager for our industrial operations in Stenungsund. In the industries, we can offer a varied job with interesting projects in both earthworks and concrete. You who are applying need to have knowledge of earthworks, and it is also an advantage if you have knowledge of concrete. You should have experience and enjoy a leadership position and like to take responsibility and work towards set goals together with your team.

Job Responsibilities:

As a site manager with us, you will have an important and central role focused on leading both the team and the operations forward.

Your main job responsibilities will include:

• Work preparation and follow-up
• Lead production in accordance with the project's schedule
• Follow laws and regulations
• Prepare and participate in construction meetings
• Order and plan one or more subcontractors in the project
• Maintain close cooperation with the site manager in the project you are working in

Your Role:

The main responsibility of the role is to lead, distribute, and follow up on the work within the assigned area of responsibility. You will participate in planning and technical and method choices for work execution, as well as be responsible for ensuring that work preparations are carried out and that work is performed safely. You will order materials in consultation with the site manager. You will be responsible for maintaining good order at the workplace and report obstacles, changes, and deviations in documents and execution to the site manager, as well as write a diary after each workday.

It is important that you are a person who has a professional and businesslike demeanor in your professional role and understands the value of building and maintaining good relationships both internally and with customers. As a person, you are driven by having significant responsibility and working towards set goals and achieving results together with your team. There is a strong focus on safety within the industries, and we therefore require that you take responsibility for both your own and others' safety.

We are looking for someone who:

• has a construction/engineering education
• has three to five years of experience in earthworks and construction work
• has experience in concrete work
• has a leadership position or other leadership experience in construction and civil engineering production
• has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• has good computer skills
• has a B driver's license
