About the Job

Good Folks is looking for a Working Foreman for our construction and civil engineering projects in Stockholm.

We are responsible for material and recycling management, establishment, and construction services on site, and we are looking for someone who can work and lead our laborers in their daily tasks.

You will plan, allocate, and follow up on the work together with site management and clients – but also participate where needed.

Possible Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in work related to traffic, material, and waste management
• Plan and establish, construction cleaning, and demolition
• Distribute tasks among laborers and follow up on the work
• Be responsible for order and cleanliness for our and clients' work on the construction site
• Communicate with site management and clients.
• Assist with traffic control, temporary solutions, and dismantling

Your Qualities

• Natural leader with good organizational skills
• Responsible
• Enjoys practical work on the construction site
• Easy to collaborate and support others

Meritorious

• Experience in construction, civil engineering, or logistics
• Previous experience in leadership or team responsibility
• Loader, telehandler, or forklift license

Terms and Offer

• Collective agreement
• Project employment, 9 months with the possibility of extension
• Full-time
• Working hours are variable but mostly during daytime on weekdays
• Location: Stockholm area
