Specialist Nursing Assistant at the Health and Care Administration

The Health and Care Administration is responsible for services within elderly care and for individuals with physical and mental disabilities. We employ nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

We offer you an exciting and stimulating job alongside dedicated colleagues. You will have significant responsibility to continuously improve and develop the operations together with our team, which consists of staff, nurses, rehabilitation personnel, and unit managers. We always work with the user in focus and utilize the Senior Alert system to also work preventively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist nursing assistant, you will primarily perform tasks aimed at preventive work and provide personal care and support. You will lead and develop the team with the user in focus. The aim is to encourage dialogue and enhance the competence of the entire workplace with the goal of enabling individuals to live as independently as possible.

We work according to a schedule and have both day and evening shifts as well as weekend duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Specialist nursing assistant education (required)
• Experience in home care is an advantage
• Driver's license (B) with manual transmission is an advantage
• Good Swedish in speech and writing

You should be able to collaborate with colleagues but also work independently and make quick decisions based on the situation.
