Now, Tillberga Grannskap is looking for substitutes for all of the various operations within Care and Support; LSS and elderly care, hourly substitutes. Varied working hours during the day, evening, and weekend as well as "awake night".

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as needed and be part of a substitute pool as we have varying needs for extra staff during sick leave or higher workloads.

Job Responsibilities:

As a substitute with us, you will work as a nursing assistant or caregiver, providing personal care, support, and service interventions to our customers/residents based on individual needs. Examples of interventions may include: support during showering and toilet needs, household chores, weekly planning, activities indoors and outdoors, walking, social interaction, and more. You will document important events in the customer/resident's social journal via computer.

Qualifications:

To be employed in Care and Support, you must be 18 years old and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation and communication are important parts of the job. It is advantageous if you have some form of care and support education and/or previous experience in similar work. You should have the ability to receive delegation from a nurse, which means you will administer medication or medical care to customers/residents in a safe and secure manner.
