About the job as a pharmacist at Hjärtat

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will work alternately with counseling and sales within prescriptions and self-care. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and the success of the pharmacy.

At Hjärtat, your career as a pharmacist can take many exciting paths. At this pharmacy, there is also the opportunity to grow into the role of pharmacy manager. With us, this means coaching your colleagues so that counseling, sales, and efficiency at the pharmacy are constantly improved in close collaboration with the sales manager. As a pharmacy manager, you are responsible for competence development within pharmacy at your workplace. You are responsible for or support the pharmacy manager in contacts with local healthcare and are a good role model in customer interactions. The opportunities are many!

Welcome to our lovely pharmacy in the heart of Arboga! Here, we are a close-knit team eager for a new colleague. As a team, we have broad expertise and a culture characterized by joy at work, customer focus, and engagement. We support each other, share our knowledge, and above all, have fun together.

Arboga is an active city with a wide range of training facilities, community life, and available housing. There are also illuminated trails and a ski slope right in the city. Our customers are mostly regulars who return to the pharmacy, as well as holidaymakers. We have a broad customer base with clients from all walks of life. In this role, you will primarily work in Arboga but also have the opportunity to develop by working and exchanging experiences at nearby pharmacies.

Our opening hours are 09:00–18:00 on weekdays and 09:30-14:00 on Saturdays. The position is a permanent employment as a pharmacist. The position is full-time or as agreed. A probationary period may apply.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in customer interactions and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/ all of Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for handling the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute with a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
